This festive chutney is made with surplus British pears from a farm in Essex. These conference pears are perfectly delicious but they are deemed too wonky, too large, too small or too russeted to be accepted by supermarkets.

Pears (50%), Cider Vinegar, Sugar, Onion, Port (2.8%), Sultanas, Fig (2.5%), Root Ginger, Lemon Zest, Turmeric, Salt, Cinnamon
