The maverick of the range, this sauce can be used as a dip, ketchup or marinade and goes perfect with curry, grilled halloumi and roasted veggies (especially sweet potato fries).
Rubies in the Rubble use over-ripe bananas in this ketchup that would be rejected by supermarkets for being mushy by the time they got onto shelf. This is good news, because the ripe ones are the perfect kind for our ketchup!
Also, fun fact: Banana ketchup originated in the Phillipines, due to a lack of tomato ketchup during the Second World War.
